About this Event

Your plant allies are also your ancestors. Each of us has the opportunity to be in right relationship with the natural world—to act as its stewards, its friends, its children, and its students. In this workshop, we'll join together with letty of Flying Dog Heart Farm to commune with and cultivate connection to plants, our first and final allies. Together, we'll:

  • Visit Flying Dog Heart Farm and discover the magic of the land we occupy
  • Tour the farm
  • Set a personal intention for your relationship to your plant allies
  • Build an offering to the spirit of the land
  • Attune to and meditate with a chosen plant ally
  • Interpret messages from our environment
