Every Saturday starting June 6th at Town Center Park in Saraland (The Splash Pad)/BCBS Fitness Court at 8am.
Open to all fitness levels beginner to elite!
- Free HIIT/Hybrid style workout for the community.
- InBody body composition analysis.
- Supplement samples
- Fun giveaways throughout the summer
These workouts will be a structured, and welcoming for us to get to know the community while getting fit.
