This is more than a ceremony—it’s a movement.

Each quarter as a COLLECTIVE we will experience the healing power of the Full Moon and the ancient heart-opening wisdom of Ceremonial Cacao.

>> For generations, our abuelas have used Cacao as heart-opening plant medicine, a powerful portal to the heart space for profound emotional healing.

>> Likewise, the power of the Full Moon has long served our ancestors as a sacred time for illumination, release, and community healing.

>> During our time together, the scent and ritual of Palo Santo will support your nervous system, ground your energy, and create space for what you are ready to receive.

>> And through rhythm + sound, we'll reconnect to ancestral memory, awakening the inner strength, wisdom and POWER that colonization tried to silence.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Ceremonial Grade Cacao: Pure, ethically sourced cacao from Guatemala
• Sacred Witnessing: With so much happening in our communities, simply gathering to be seen, heard, and held is radical healing.
• Release Rituals: Rituals designed to help release emotions.

WHAT TO BRING

• Your journal: a space for personal reflection and emotional release.
• Cacao Mug (optional): bring your own cup, if you'd like to sip in something personal.
• A small ofrenda (optional): ie. flower, fruit, piece of chocolate, dollar bill, whatever you feel called to share- for our community altar.

*Before the event, check in with yourself /your ancestors—what might you love to offer.

• Bring whatever you’ve been holding: Fear, tears, rage, frustration, sadness, exhaustion. Come as you are.

The Fuerza + Healing Collective is ONLY open to those who stand in support of immigrant, BIPOC, and marginalized communities. This is a collective rooted in healing, liberation, and love.

Each quarterly gathering will be unique. Sometimes featuring special guests/experts from the community to support one another during this time. Allies welcome!
