2024 Look Back & 2025 Look Forward. Start your weekend from the comfort of your home with guest facilitator Serving Sundays leader , providing wisdom on our vision and guiding tapping, breathwork, and somatic practices. Serving Sundays founder, , will help us intentionally reflect on 2024 and amplify our vision for 2025.

PART 2: IN PERSON - SUNDAY, FEB 2 | The Recalibration
12:00–2:00 PM at Caffe Di Talya
Join the Serving Sundays community for an inspiring and vibrant afternoon of creativity and embodiment at our Vision Boarding + Silent Disco event! We'll begin by going inward to reflect, expressing our desires through a creative outlet, and finally, activating this energy by aligning our mind and body with a free-flowing embodiment movement.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

🧘🏻‍♀️Guided Higher-Self Mediation

Drop in with a visualization to help you connect with your higher self, gain clarity, and set meaningful intentions for the months ahead.

✨Soul Chat with Energetics Coach Daniella Blum

This engaging and thought-provoking conversation will delve into the “why” and “how” behind your vision board, helping you anchor your creations in intention and belief. By tapping into both the subconscious and emotional aspects of transformation, this session will lay the groundwork to equip you with the mindset to create a vision board that reflects your truest selves and deepest desires!

🎨Vision Boarding Workshop

Unleash your creativity and map out your dreams and goals. Whether it’s personal, professional, or playful, your board will serve as a beautiful reminder of what you’re working toward. Option to create a virtual vision board on your laptop or get crafty with paper and scissors. Materials will be provided!

🎧Movement + Embodiment

Once your vision board is complete, slip on a pair of silent disco headphones and move your body to a curated playlist designed to energize and raise your vibrtation to match the frequency of your highest self. Choose your channel, find your groove, and let the music light up your soul in a judgment-free, feel-good dance party under the sun.

This weekend is your opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others in a meaningful way, gain clarity for your 2025 vision, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and part of a like-minded community. Together, elevate our energic vibrations and turn our visions into reality!

Do I need to attend both part of the series?
We encourage you to join all three events to get the full experience, but you're welcome to participate in the sessions that resonate most with you.

What should I bring and wear?

• Comfortable clothing for movement on Sunday - we encourage neutral tones to set the vibes (tan, ivory, black, brown, white, beige, taupe, etc..)
• A journal for reflections (Your Serving Sundays journal, if you've been before!)
• Any additional materials you’d like for vision boarding (we’ll provide the basics!)
• A Laptop if you perfer to use our Canva templates for your vision board.

Is this event beginner-friendly? Can you come alone?
Absolutely! All activities are designed to accommodate participants at any level of experience. Making this a "solo date" is a common practice! We'll help get you connected with others in no time :)

At Serving Sundays, we’re a wellness community dedicated to cultivating deeper connections—with ourselves, each other, and the lives we want to lead.

We host Wellness Crawls (2-3 hours), day retreats (4-6 hours), and mini gatherings (1-2 hours) centered around a common theme, featuring 2-5 mindfulness practices. Every event is unique, blending personal growth, joy, and grounding practices.

Our founder, Karrie Larson—a former NBA dancer and mental health tech professional—attributes her self-love and compassion journey to finding a life of fulfillment. She’s on a mission to inspire others to spark joy and connection through mindfulness, personal development, and play.

Since launching in March 2022, we’ve supported over 1,100 people in San Francisco and sold out 85% of our events. We’re just getting started—come join the fun!
