About this Event

This is a 3 part series seminar with Dana Eshelman (MS, RDN) where we are going to talk about the science of nutrition in order to provide you with the tools to successfully tackle your next workout. We will dive into what you should provide your body before, during, and after your workouts, in order to have great workouts with better consistency. We are lucky enough to have the opportunity to speak with an expert one of the most established nutrition brands, Gu Energy, in order to talk about the practical applications of nutrition in athletics.


Join us on Thursday, Oct. 10 at around 6:45pm, after the 6pm Run Club, for the first part of the series. Our second meeting will be at 6pm on Tuesday, Oct. 15. And the final meeting of the series will be at 6pm on Tuesday, Oct. 22. All seminars will be hosted at Fleet Feet Boulder (2775 Pearl St.)
