About this Event

Fuckup Nights RVA | Tuesday, October 20, 2026 | Restaurants Unfiltered

Failure happens. The good stories come from what happens next. Three Richmond hospitality leaders. Three stories about the things that didn't go according to plan—and what happened next.

Join us for the next Fuckup RVA on Tuesday, October 20 at 5:30 PM, an evening of honest stories about professional failures, unexpected turns, lessons learned, and the messy realities behind careers and success.

No polished success stories. No pretending everything went according to plan. Just real people talking candidly about something that went wrong, what it taught them, and how it shaped what came next.

Fuckup RVA is about making failure easier to talk about — because behind nearly every career, company, big idea, and bold move are mistakes, setbacks, and moments when things simply didn’t work.

Come for the stories. Stay for the conversation, connections, and reminder that nobody has it all figured out.

What to expect:

• Three candid stories from Richmond professionals
• Lessons from failures, setbacks, and unexpected outcomes
• A welcoming room full of curious people
• Time to connect, mingle, and continue the conversation

Bring your curiosity. We’ll bring the fuckups.
