We invite submissions from scholars working in tourism, mobility, and travel studies, particularly those engaging with humanities and social science perspectives, as well as interdisciplinary approaches. Contributions are also welcomed from practitioners in the creative sector, museology, the arts, and the tourism industry. We invite proposals addressing the following themes:
1. New Forms of Mobility and Tourist Experience
- virtual, hybrid, extended, and space travel
- immersive technologies and AI in tourism
- “non-mobility” and new forms of participation
2. Theory and Critical Tourism Studies
- reinterpretations of classical concepts
