The course caters for both absolute beginners or novice triathletes through to seasoned athletes that want to learn all the finer details. ?
The course runs from Monday 14th of October through to Sunday 17th November, and includes 5 coached sessions per week and a goody bag! At the end of the course you will be ready to race at the Left Bank Triathlon. Sprint Distance: 600m swim, 19km ride, 5km run.
