Curious about mountain biking but not sure where to start? Join us for the FTA Beginner Group Ride Series—a welcoming, hands-on introduction to the essentials of trail riding! Whether you’re brand new to mountain biking or just looking to build your confidence, these sessions are for you!– Guided instruction on MTB basics and trail skills
– Beginner-friendly, no-drop group rides (no one gets left behind!)
– Step-by-step mechanical demos (fix a flat, adjustments, and more)
– A warm, supportive community of riders and instructors
When: Thursdays, September 11, 18, 25 & October 2 and 9, 5:00–7:30 PM
Where: Sunshine Trailhead 1200 Wicklow Drive, Fredericksburg)
Who: Anyone interested in learning the foundations of mountain biking—ALL are welcome!
What: Please bring a mountain bike, helmet, and water. A snack, gloves, bike lights and tools are optional, but recommended.
