The hubbas and Frædag kickstarts 2025 with a lovely little care package! Hubbas Klubb has been a long standing club concept at Jaeger with bookings such as Bill Brewster, Optimo, Psychemagik, Daniel Wang, Session Victim, and Tiger & Woods, to name a few. For this special evening the hubbas will play alongside good friends such as Swedish maestro Axel Boman + Hamar's finest Melkeveien + the local sweethearts g-HA & Olanskii!!

Axel Boman
Studio Barnhus is arguably the most important label for independent dance music in Scandinavia, with over 100 releases from a broad spectrum of artists. Axel does A&R and creative direction work for the label – he also released his celebrated debut album ”Family Vacation” through Studio Barnhus in 2013. Since then, he’s kept a steady flow of releases on other lauded labels like the aforementioned Pampa and Tokyo powerhouse Mule Musiq, garnering nominations for Grammis and P3 Guld (the two most prestigious Swedish pop awards), as well as being named composer of the year by the Swedish songwriters guild. Axel’s impressive work ethic might be what best explains his popularity. He manages to tread the fine line of a prolific release schedule and extensive touring, giving headline performances at international music events.
Melkeveien
Melkeveien took to the scene with “Peter Pan Death Wish” in 2014 and never looked back, acquiring accolades wherever they went. The track was used on “You Were Never Really Here” with Joaquin Phoenix and since then Melkeveien has been staple on festival stages, garnering a reputation as a solid live act. Since their debut they’ve released the “Hockey Pizza EP” and “Thirst Issues” (Full Pupp), with a single from the last being picked by Mixmag for their “Best New House” tracks from last year. “Moonie” was their last release and they’ll be primed for more in 2025. Melkeveien Live are: Embret Johnsen on keys, Audun Røberg jr. on bassgitar, John Birkeland on drums, Kristian Møller on synths, sampler and drum machines and Marius Lien on guitar.
Hubbabubbaklubb
Norway’s miscreants of pop and house music misanthropes Hubbabubbaklubb are a band, a party concept, and a DJ collective. They are a gang of friends that started experimenting with music and wielding instruments and records like weapons, they are notorious for nefarious musical activities as they inhibit the characters from their music on stage and in the booth. Since releasing their well-received 2013 single Mopedbart, they’ve been a favourite obscure reference for DJs if a balearic naturelike Bill Brewster. After a few singles they finally released their highly anticipated debut LP in 2018, Drømmen Drømmerne Drømmer, followed by the remix album of the same name which established Hubbabubbaklubb as a national treasure.
g-HA & Olanskii
Two pivotal bodies in the sphere of Norwegian electronic music, g-HA & Olanskii are an event, a club, a DJ duo, and a musical authority for Norway. Individually adept as DJ, selectors and tastemaker, Ola “Olanskii” Smith-Simonsen and Geir “g-HA” Holger’s musical voices unified for Sunkissed, an events series that has become the backbone of Oslo’s electronic music scene and beyond.
