There’s almost not a single year that has gone by at Jaeger that we’ve not had Jamie Roberts here in some guise or another. Whether DJing as Blawan or performing live as one half of Karenn alongside Paraiah, he has been a fixture on our calendar, bringing his unique and often blistering sound to the basement. He’s back as Blawan in the midst of something of a renaissance for the newly-acquisitioned XL artist. G-Ha & Olanskii host the DJ from the basement for Frædag while Paperrecordings’ Flash Atkins and Badabing.Diskos man Sommerfeldt take on the sauna.

Blawan
Through both time in the studio and time on the road, Jamie Roberts has dedicated the last decade to developing his alias, Blawan – and in the process, he’s created a universe within techno that’s all his own. His discography as Blawan illuminates a natural fluency for rhythm, whether straight, stridently syncopated, or swinging somewhere in between.
Having released across the board of rippling jet-black minimalism, jubilant two-step vocal cuts, and savant grooving techno, the labels Roberts has worked with are appropriately varied: Hessle Audio, R&S, Clone’s Basement Series, Hinge Finger, and Black Sun as Blawan, plus The Trilogy Tapes and Avian under his other solo names. Since 2021 he’s been on XL-recordings, stretching music into yet more realms with Woke up Right Handed and Bouq.
g-HA & Olanskii
Two pivotal bodies in the sphere of Norwegian electronic music, g-HA & Olanskii are an event, a club, a DJ duo, and a musical authority for Norway. Individually adept as DJ, selectors and tastemaker, Ola “Olanskii” Smith-Simonsen and Geir “g-HA” Holger’s musical voices unified for Sunkissed, an events series that has become the backbone of Oslo’s electronic music scene and beyond.
Flash Atkins
Flash Atkins is a super hero who has fallen on hard times and can be spotted in the less salubrious parts of London, Manchester and West Yorkshire often stoned or drunk on borrowed money and time.
To make ends meet he uses his special powers to remix and make deep disco music for Paper Recordings.
Let’s hope it gets him back on track.
Sommerfeldt
Marius Sommerfeldt is back! Not that he ever went anywhere. One half of De Fantastiske To, and popular proliferator of House, Disco and Garage is on a new tip recently. With records on paper recordings and badabing hot off the presses, the producer has been busy. He hasn't been in the booth since his seminal UKG night, Løkka FM stopped appearing at Jaeger, and makes his appearance with more records on the way.
