Saturday | "Grounded" - Public Event

Info: Join us for a full day of movement, connection, and soul nourishment at the #FFF Linkup.
We’ll start our morning with sun salutations and a refreshing group run/walk, sip on fresh juice, and explore the local farmers market. In the afternoon, enjoy a vibrant community pop-up featuring music, fruit-filled picnics, healing vendors, and cozy chill zones. We’ll close the evening with a grounding welcome circle and a scenic sunset hike to root into nature, reflect, and sip herbal tea together.

Info: Start your morning with intention and movement.
Join Kay & Carlos for a light flow of sun salutations followed by a 1–2 mile run or walk at your own pace. We'll end with refreshing, nourishing juices provided by The Waterhole to hydrate and energize you for the day ahead.

Info: Stroll, shop, and soak up the local flavor.
Spend your late morning exploring a local farmers market (location TBA) and nearby gems. Support local farmers, artists, and food vendors as you wander through fresh produce stands, handmade goods, and community favorites. We’ll share a curated list of must-visit spots so you can roam with ease and intention.
