Come join us on September 13th for a community fruit pressing! Collect all your, your neighbors or public access fruit you can get your hands on and come down between 10am-2pm (pressing until 4pm). West Sound Brewers will be on hand to share skills and information around food safety, pasteurization, and everything fermentation!
What you should bring:
Fruits of all varieties!
Vessels for your pressed juice, and any extras you have to share
a bucket if you wish to compost your pulp
Processed fruits (jams/preserves/leathers/etc) to exchange with neighbors.
