Join us for an enjoyable and informative tour around the Welland Legacy Park & Community Orchard with Tim Fryatt of the Lifecycles Project Society! Connect with others as you learn more about urban fruit trees, and opportunities to get involved in various ways through various projects with Lifecycles.We will begin our afternoon together with a site tour, sharing the history of the space, pointing out various fruit trees and plants, and discussing best land management practices. We will then gather around the picnic table and meet the Harvest & Volunteer Coordinator, Megan, who will explain the various volunteer opportunities available for community members to get involved with Lifecycles, including joining the Harvest Team as part of the Fruit Tree Project.
