Frugal Foodies East Bay--Vegetarian Passover

Passover may not always be great eating for vegetarians, but it’s a great tradition, a great meal, and a great experience. We’ll skip all the ceremony and religion, and just focus on the best vegetarian dishes of the holiday. My favorite is matzo ball soup, but there’ll be haroset, kugels, and some amazing matzo crack! Better yet, egg prices will have fallen by then so we can also enjoy those and other gifts of springtime.
