We're back with another Frozen Yoga sesh!
Come out to Norfolk Scope Arena for a great night of hockey, yoga, and fun! The Norfolk Admirals will take on the Worcester Railers at 7:05 on January 24th, followed immediately by a FREE yoga class on the ice that is open to all levels.
For the Hampton Roads yoga community, the Admirals are offering discounted tickets to the game through the link below.
Registering through Momence gets you on the ice after the game and your YOGA waiver complete. However, this registration does NOT get you into the Scope. Please follow this link to get your discounted tickets ::

Once at the game, check-in for yoga will be available at the Sky's the Limit table outside Gate 1 during the game. Students will also need to sign the Admirals On Ice Waiver on the day of game at the STL table.
Come out to watch the best hockey in Hampton Roads followed by a rare opportunity to take a yoga class at center ice!
** We will have a limited number of yoga mats available or you can bring yours along for the ride and leave it right at the STL table!
