Welcome to Frosty Fest 2025 - the Annual winter fitness competition hosted at our Hamden CT Elm City Fitness space!

Join us at Elm City Fitness for a day of fun, fitness, and friendly competition. Gather your squad and get ready to sweat it out in a series of challenging workouts designed to test your strength, endurance, and teamwork. Teams of two will battle it out in three divisions. Teams this year will be 1 male, 1 female competitor and we have an open, scaled and masters division (combined age 80+).

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, Frosty Fest is the perfect opportunity to push yourself, bond with your teammates, and have a blast while doing it.
