Join Senta on Friday November 15th at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio (first floor) from 6:30-8:00pm for a Frost Full Moon workshop!The November Full Moon represents our resilience to step forward without losing sight of where we have been. The Frost Full Moon prepares us for what is yet to come: the end of year when we sometimes become the busy beaver but need to stay grounded. We will start our 90 minute practice with an altar-building ceremony and then set our intentions over a cup of hot tea surrounded by candlelight and cozy energy. Expect to warm the body first by practicing energizing Moon Salutations followed by relaxing restorative asana, guided mantra and an extended final rest. Reflect on what matters most during this shimmering full moon: your body, intentional thoughts, timelines and relationships that mean the most to you.
This is an unheated class, please bring a light blanket, something small and special from home, and wear light colored clothing. This moon will impact all zodiac signs, but especially Taurus and Scorpio. All levels welcome.
