From Trauma to Love
a core process craniosacral journey into love and compassion

We are each a member of a family line that has survived trauma. Our predecessors may have experienced persecution, war, famine, plague, pandemic, flood, earthquake, accident or illness. Their survival and, hence, our existence, is thanks to a combination of good luck and resilience.
In core process craniosacral, we refer to resilience as potency, an intelligent expression of our life force, constantly responding to internal and external challenges. Sickness occurs when potency is overwhelmed.
Our current age, unlike any that have gone before, offers a special kind of trauma. We are exposed to an unremitting stream of disturbing images and information. We are at risk of overwhelm through a vicarious social traumatisation without time to experience relief, to rest and recover.
In this workshop, we will learn to engage directly with individual potency and develop a sense of collective resilience using concepts and techniques of craniosacral biodynamics.
Howard Evans trained with Franklyn Sills, founder of craniosacral biodynamics, in 1996. He brought to this encounter his previous training in integrative, formative and core process psychology.
Core process craniosacral is the integration of those influences. It is a simple bodywork, freed from the complexity of its osteopathic and psychotherapeutic origins, and dedicated to the body sensations of love and compassion.
On completion of this course, you will be capable of offering a fifty minute session during which your client will develop a deeper connection with their own resilience, sensed as love and with the wider community sensed as compassion.
price ; 450 Euros with a deposit (200 E) by August 15th. After that date the price will be 600 Euros.
