About this Event
From Trade War to Trade Justice
The United States’ escalating trade war is having real consequences for workers and communities in Hamilton and across Canada. This event will examine what is at stake - and how we can move from a trade war towards trade justice.
Topics will include:
- The basics of trade deals and how they work
- How tariffs are affecting Hamilton workers
- How expanded corporate rights and government austerity hurt us all
We hope you will join us for an informative and timely discussion on trade, jobs, and social justice.

John Catto - USW Hamilton Area Coordinator
Frank Crowder - President USW Local 7135 at National Steel Car
