From the Heart: Family Education & Well-Being Mentor Sessions are held on selected Mondays throughout 2026 (during term time) from 10:45am–11:45am in the children’s area of the library.

This free session for children under 5, welcomes everyone to interact with Bev Waugh a family education and well-being mentor offering support and guidance. Bev is an impartial listener, ready to assist with parenting, family dynamics, and child development. She is an experienced Qigong-practicing, special education, family partnership, and arts-trained ECE/primary teacher.
These sessions also offer a relaxed social atmosphere and a variety of toys for fun play.
