The invitation is to give ourselves enough time to spend down on the floor, offering our weight to the earth,
letting our feet guide us into our dance.
Learning how to drop what we carry and let the ground hold us, nourish us, comfort us.
Surrendering to the earth what holds us back, what holds us down, what keeps us separate.
Resting in our inhale, rising on our exhale. It takes courage to feel that our being is enough.
Coming back home to our own physical bodies more and more, we can start feeling more at home on this planet and extend loving attention and care from our own self love.
Rooted and centered we can soar, we can switch from me to we, from weight to weightless, from effort to effortless. We rise from the ground up, we dance from the feet up, we support and lift each other up, liberating our imagination, celebrating our maturity.

Prerequisites: 15 hours of Waves classes or 1 Waves weekend workshop
This workshop counts as 3 days of Heartbeat towards the Teacher Training.

Friday, 15:30-21:00
Saturday, 11:00-18:00
Sunday, 10:30-17:00

Costs:
Butterfly price – I need support: € 220
Snake price – I am doing fine: € 250
Eagle price – I am doing more than fine: € 280
5Rhythms teachers and spaceholders: € 195 Euro
Non-refundable deposit of € 100 for all above

Cancellation:
Whenever you need to cancel before the workshop starts, we refund you your contribution minus 100 Euro non refundable deposit till March 12, 2025. Cancelling after March 12, 2025, no refund will be possible.
In case you find a substitute participant to take your spot in the workshop (who hasn't applied already), we refund you your contribution minus 30 Euro admin costs. When we have somebody on the waiting list that can take your place we will refund you your contribution minus 50 Euro admin costs.
