Four weekly, 1-hr ground-work lessons (indoor & non-riding)
Includes: ground work based lessons about how to safely handle and care for horses. We provide the horse, coach and arena!

What to expect?
The program is ground work based so that participants can develop confidence, knowledge and skills without having to start-off with riding. We also have advanced classes for teaching lunging, ground work, leadership development, empowerment and other topics. Participants are able to meet and connect with horses while developing the essential horsemanship skills necessary for caring for and riding horses successfully in the future. The classes start off with grooming and basic groundwork, which develop into fun games and challenges for the participants to compete in with their horse partner.
This program is unique and can benefit anyone (even those with riding experience). You can experience all the health and wellness benefits from horses without having to get in the saddle. Whether you are nervous about horses, had a previous bad experience or just want to figure out what all the fuss is about with horses, this is a great program to try out!
This is a great option is you are unsure if you want to ride, have never had experience with horses, if you want to gain the skills requried for a mini-lease, if you are unsure if you want to commit to a 10-lesson riding package, or if you are not sure if you have the fitness or physical ability for riding but want to learn more about horses and get a feel for the barn environment and horses!
