Our stellar lineup of exceptional teachers will guide you through a transformative experience, delving into their unique arts and techniques, allowing you to explore the depths of your own creativity.

The battles unfold to a diverse sound, weaving through Glitch Hop, Melodic Bass, & Funk for our Waving/Popping category. And Funk, Old School Hip-Hop, House Music, and RnB for our Open Style. Creating a vibrant tapestry of sounds.

Judge and Instructor JESSE SYKES will teach a 3 hr Waving Intensive workshop Sunday September 15th. As well as Judge the Waving / Popping and Open Style Battles September 14th.

Bio - Jesse Sykes is a movement specialist, educator, and student from the small city of Layton, Utah. Starting at a late age of fifteen years old, Jesse fell in love with dance and began his pursuit of this passion he found. Jesse's mission is to be of service to the community that he was so graciously welcomed into. He strives to promote authenticity in the spaces he creates and helps artists unlock their identity. Through the lens of teaching, judging, and competing Jesse has been able to travel the world doing the thing he loves most, sharing some of the greatest moments of life within the dance community and looks forward to continuing this beautiful journey.

KALLI TARASIDOU will be teaching a 3 hr Waving Intensive Workshop September 13th. She will also be a judge for the Open Style Battle September 14th.

Bio : Kalliopi Tarasidou, known as Kalli, is a dancer and choreographer based in Thessaloniki, Greece, specializing in the dance style of Waving. Her innovative approach combines Waving with elements of Tutting, lines, and shapes, along with influences from contemporary dance and hip hop dance . Her creativity and unique fusion of different dance styles have earned recognition in the international dance world. Kalli's professional journey as a dancer began in 2013 when she joined the legendary dance group Flying Steps for the show 'Red Bull Flying Illusion', embarking on a five-year tour across Europe. In 2019, she collaborated with 'Bboy Junior' to choreograph and perform an exciting duet titled "Addiction", captivating audiences worldwide for four years. Since 2021, Kalli has been collaborating with the famous dance company Wang Ramirez for the dance theatre production "Youme", choreographed by Honji Wang. Through workshops held worldwide, Kalli has set an example for spreading the art of Waving dance, inspiring dancers and enthusiasts to explore the boundaries of movement and creativity.

TRIET HOANG. He'll be teaching a 2hr Popping intensive on September 15th, as well as Judging in the Open Style Panel September 14th

Bio: Meet Triet Hoang, the Co-Director and Co-Founder of Machinez Remainz, based in the dance scene of Denver, Colorado, since their establishment in April 2010. Triet, alongside Ricky AL, set the stage for Machinez Remainz, a Popping Crew with a unique style that's best described as "EB" (Electric Boogaloos) style, featuring popping, robotic moves, and animations while infusing elements of Locking and Hip-Hop foundations into their electrifying performances. Machinez Remainz has made waves throughout Colorado and ventured out of state, showcasing their skills in popping ba ttles and crew performances. They've taken the stage at prestigious events like Hip Hop International, K.O.D. LA, World of Dance in New Jersey and Las Vegas, and Breakin Convention at the Buell Theater, to name just a few. Triet Hoang's journey is deeply intertwined with Machinez Remainz. He embarked on his dance odyssey in 2008 and continues to refine his craft to this very day. Popping is his mainstay, but his expertise extends to various styles, including locking and hip-hop. Besides performing with Machinez, he's lent his creative touch to choreographing pieces for Mr. AACO, Regis University RUSGA, and taught popping workshops at many studios in Colorado. Triet has amassed invaluable experience competing in numerous popping and all-styles battles, both in-state and out-of-state. Triet Hoang is not just about dance battles; he's also dedicated to giving back. Triet's primary focus lies in the art of musicality, foundation, and the conditioning required to bring their performances to life.

Roaming the world from Greece along with KALLI, ALEXANDRA FILIPPIDOU will be teaching a 3hr Waving Intensive. As well and Judge the Waving/ Popping Battle September 14th.

Alexandra Filippidou better known as “Alex” is a distinguished dancer, educator & performer currently based in Greece. Renowned for her expertise in the Waving dance style, she uniquely integrates techniques from animation, popping & contemporary which has garnered her high respect and appreciation within the global Waving community. Her innovative approach and skills have established her as a significant inspiration & one of the few female wavers excelling at a high level worldwide.

Alex’s dance career began nearly a decade ago, marked by her initiation into dance instruction. Over the years, her reputation has grown, leading to invitations to teach workshops & judge competitions across Europe & the USA. Her contributions to the art form & her role as a mentor to aspiring dancers continue to influence and shape the Waving dance scene
