is a hybrid in-person and online experience for women who are tired of managing everything just to keep everything from falling apart and are ready to understand what’s really driving their exhaustion at the root. This is more than nervous system regulation. This is nervous system healing.
This experience combines the Energy Leadership Index® (ELI), IFS-informed teachings, and guided integration to help you shift out of survival mode and into grounded, embodied self-leadership.

Feb 26th: Module 1: Your Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) Debrief (virtual LIVE)

Info: This is where everything starts to make sense.
In this first module, you’ll complete the Energy Leadership Index® assessment and receive a personalized debrief that shows you exactly how your energy has been operating under stress, responsibility, and pressure.
Most women think they’re just overwhelmed or tired. They leave this debrief realizing there’s a clear system underneath their exhaustion and that nothing is “wrong” with them.
You’ll walk away with:
A clear understanding of your personal survival pattern
Language for what you’ve felt but couldn’t explain
Relief from self-blame as your patterns finally make sense
A grounded starting point so you know where you are before trying to change anything
This debrief doesn’t just give you insight. It gives you orientation.
And without orientation, effort keeps you stuck in survival.

March 10th: Module 2: Where Are Healthy Boundaries Needed First? (in-person)

Info: You can’t change everything at once and you don’t need to.
In this module, you’ll identify exactly where boundaries are most needed in your life right now so you stop leaking energy in all directions and start building confidence where it matters most.
Using the workbook, you’ll assess key areas of your life including work, family, relationships, health, and emotional well-being and clearly see where your boundaries are porous, rigid, or balanced.
Instead of starting with the hardest boundary, you’ll learn how to choose a lower-risk place to begin so your system can experience success instead of shutdown.
You’ll gain:
Clarity on where your energy is being drained the most
Relief from trying to fix everything at once
A realistic starting point that builds trust in yourself
A clear focus for where to apply what you’re learning next
This module shifts boundaries from an abstract idea into something concrete, doable, and confidence-building.

March 17th: Module 3: The Circle of Control (virtual LIVE)

Info: Reclaim your energy by focusing on what’s actually yours to hold.
In this module, you’ll learn how to stop exhausting yourself by trying to manage things that were never in your control in the first place.
Using The Circle of Control framework, you’ll clearly see where your energy has been going outward toward other people’s reactions, expectations, opinions, and outcomes and how that’s been fueling stress, self-doubt, and emotional overload.
Through reflection, journaling, and simple exercises, you’ll practice shifting your focus back to what is within your control, including your beliefs, boundaries, responses, and self-talk.
You’ll gain greater awareness of where your self-worth has been tied to things outside of you, relief from the urge to fix or manage others, and a simple daily practice to ground yourself when stress hits.
This module teaches one of the most important shifts in self-leadership: directing your energy where it can actually change your life.

March 24th: Module 4: Finding Your Core Values (in-person)
Info: If you don’t know what truly matters to you, it’s hard to make decisions that feel clear, grounded, or sustainable.
In this module, you’ll identify your core values and uncover where they’ve been shaped by family expectations, societal pressure, or survival patterns rather than your true self.
Through guided reflection and practical exercises, you’ll learn to distinguish between intrinsic values that bring fulfillment and extrinsic values that keep you chasing approval. You’ll see where your daily actions are out of alignment with what you value most and why that misalignment often leads to resentment, burnout, and self-doubt.
You’ll gain clarity about what actually matters to you now, insight into why certain boundaries feel hard to hold, and a personal compass for decision-making.
This module anchors self-leadership in something solid.
When your choices align with your values, boundaries stop feeling restrictive and start feeling like freedom.

April 7th: Module 5: Integration, Practice, and Celebration (in-person)

Info: This final module is where everything comes together.
You’ll move from understanding boundaries to actually living them in real time. Through guided practice with each other, you’ll experience what it feels like to hold and honor your own boundaries while staying connected, grounded, and true to yourself.
This is also where we gently tend to what has made boundaries difficult in the first place. Together, we’ll bring compassion to the fears, patterns, and parts of you that learned to overgive, avoid conflict, or stay quiet to feel safe.
You’ll gain:
Real-life practice setting and holding boundaries with support
Greater confidence trusting yourself in relational moments
Healing around the patterns that once kept you stuck
A felt sense of what self-leadership actually feels like
We’ll close by honoring your growth and celebrating the completion of this journey together.
