Journey Through Cosmic Time in We Are Stars, Passport to the Universe, and Seasonal Stargazing. Join us at the Blake Planetarium for an immersive hour that spans from the earliest moments of the universe to the stars shining overhead tonight.
Our feature presentation, We Are Stars, dives deep into our cosmic origins. Explore how the universe forged the building blocks of life, from the first Hydrogen atoms to the formation of Carbon and the complex molecules that eventually made life on Earth possible. With stunning fulldome visuals, this show reveals the hidden chemistry that connects every living thing to the stars.
We’ll also screen Passport to the Universe, a breathtaking trip narrated by Tom Hanks. Travel from our Solar System outward through the Milky Way, soar to the Virgo Supercluster, and then retrace your steps back home. With an astronaut’s-eye view of galaxies, nebulae, and other incredible objects, this show celebrates both the immensity of the cosmos and the limitless curiosity that drives human exploration.
To complete the evening, Seasonal Stargazing offers a quick tour of the current night sky. Learn where to find standout stars and constellations and get a fresh look at “what’s up tonight.”
TICKETS ARE SOLD ONLINE ONLY. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.
Please note that we are a ticketless venue. When you buy your ticket online, you are immediately added to our attendee list, no need to print anything or present an e-ticket. Just check in on show night with your name and a smile.
