Suze is trauma therapist and business coach, but that is not how she started her business. She has been a business owner for 25 years.

She started out as a shipbuilding engineer, setting up large-scale innovation projects.

One of her core talents in these projects was developing teams that worked together in unpredictable circumstances, tight budgets, and with as many as 15 cultures and 25 different parties involved.

She has guided business through the growing pains, and her own business has done the same. She knows all the inside outs from her own experience, as well as from guiding both corporates and small businesses over the past 25 years.

Suze has one major drive: to help people thrive from who they were meant to be, and empower people to add that ultimate level to their work.

Suze became so successful in all the projects she led, that she has become a trusted advisor and coach to CEO’s. She has led mergers between American and German companies, she has dealt with big corporate culture changes where her role was coaching the leadership to create safety in the business, so that the managers could lead their teams into the new circumstances.

Over the past 10 years, Suze has coached entrepreneurs in growing from solopreneurs to leaders of thriving businesses with teams of up to 20 people.

Her own business operates internationally and she is now focussing on helping entrepreneurs grow and break their internal glass ceilings, so that they can change the world by expanding their vision, ensuring that the growth of their company is not limiting or changing their vision.
