Anne Lapour is the Executive Director of Career Initiatives at Willamette University. She oversees career programming and education for undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni. Anne has a doctorate in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Career and Vocational Psychology. She is forever fascinated by the endless directions a career can take, as well as the formative experiences that drive an individual's career aspirations.
