A national convening to disrupt systemic harm, reclaim truth & power, and build solutions with and for opportunity & justice-involved youth.
About this Event

In 2024, we launched From Silos to Solutions with a bold and necessary goal: to dismantle the barriers that keep our systems fragmented and our youth underserved. That convening brought together leaders across education, justice, reentry, and community advocacy to build partnerships, share strategies, and imagine a new way forward for justice-involved young people.

This year, we return not just to reconnect, but to confront.

From Silos to Solutions 2026 centers on a clear and urgent theme: Power Through Partnership - Reclaiming Truth, Power and Possibility. As political pressure mounts, public trust is undermined, and youth-serving institutions are stretched thin, we are called to act. The chaos is not accidental. It is designed to divide, distract, and disempower. Our convening asks: what does it look like to disrupt that design?

How do we reject false narratives, reclaim community power, and reimagine systems that truly support young people?

Join us this fall as we build on the momentum of last year, but with a deeper focus on action, accountability, and collective vision.
