About Ken & Valerie Donaghy

After 23 years of honorable active duty service, Ken retired as Master Sergeant from the United States Marine Corps and embarked on a career in the service industry. He owned the Dalworth Clean Fort Worth franchise before embarking on his own venture two years ago: Good Contractors Roofing and Restoration.

Valerie's background includes over a decade of customer service and insurance industry experience, including seven years running her own agency. In late 2023, she joined the GCR team to leverage her expertise in driving brand and sales goals.

Noting that customer frustration is common in working with contractors, the Donaghys choose a transparent and collaborative approach from first meeting throughout the contract. All projects are tackled with team effort and customers are the first priority. "We are in the people business," Ken says.

Good Contractors has grown rapidly to a team of eight employees and six teams of contractors. They offer a variety of residential and commercial services across a 15-city service area. We look forward to learning how the team's diverse backgrounds drive their values-based business growth. Join us!
