From screen to plate: The Iris Affair Italian Cooking Class

To celebrate the release of sun-drenched chase thriller The Iris Affair, Sky has teamed up with Eataly & La Tua Pasta to create a limited-edition pasta collection inspired by the series, and we’re giving you the chance to learn how to make it yourself! 🎬

Following the exciting series finale, we’re delighted to be putting on this exclusive hands-on pasta-making class.

At the heart of the experience, you will learn to make Cavolo Nero Quadrotti in sage butter sauce – a rustic Florentine recipe from La Tua Pasta that forms part of The Iris Affair Collection in our market. Rich, authentic and deeply rooted in Tuscan tradition, this dish captures the flavours of the piazzas where the story of Cameron and Iris unfolds, and will also be available to purchase as a recipe pack from our market. 🍝

As a special addition, we’ll also cook a Roman-inspired pasta dish – the kind of recipe we would teach Iris and Cameron if their chase led them into Eataly Roma’s kitchen. Guests will enjoy hands-on guidance from our chefs, a shared meal, and leave with a goodie bag to keep the experience alive at home in front of the TV.

Don’t forget to pair the perfect pasta with the perfect plot – The Iris Affair is available 16th October on Sky and NOW.

Important information:

• This class is not suitable for gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for vegetarians (please inform us in writing a few days before the class if you have dietary requirements)

• Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.

• This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.

• Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.

• If more than 8 guests are attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!

• Additional drinks, aside from the welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.

Ticket policy:

• ·Tickets are not refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may:

1. Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)
2. Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.

• La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if this occurs.
