From Prompt to Prototype: Building Governed, AI-Ready Workforce and Finance
About this Event
Healthcare organizations are moving fast on AI. In a recent Becker's Healthcare survey of 142 healthcare leaders, 72% said they are exploring or piloting AI in back-office functions. Their top goals were operational efficiency, workforce productivity and less administrative burden. Many teams still run into the same two problems: data trapped behind brittle report exports and spreadsheets, and IT backlogs that leave clinicians and operations leaders waiting months for the tools they need.
This hands-on workshop shows participants a practical way through both problems. In the first half, attendees use natural-language prompts to build a working prototype with an AI development agent. They'll follow a structured prompting framework that covers users and journeys, screens and flows, data components, and security rules. The second half looks at governed, zero-copy data access. Participants will see how workforce and finance data can be queried live and analyzed alongside clinical and operational data in platforms like Snowflake and Databricks, without building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
Throughout, the session stresses the guardrails that matter in healthcare: role-based security, audit trails, human-in-the-loop review, and keeping sensitive data inside a trusted boundary.
