Our training is structured over 9 weekends, blending practical application with foundational knowledge. Each weekend focuses on hands-on learning—anatomy, sequencing, philosophy, posture labs, and practice teaching—so you leave confident and classroom-ready.

Hot Hour Sequence & Methodology: Learn to teach our signature sequence with precision and purpose, rooted in intelligent structure and thoughtful progression.
Theming & Sequencing Vinyasa: Develop the skill to craft meaningful flows that connect breath, movement, and intention.
Anatomy of Postures: Understand how the body moves, so you can cue, adapt, and support students with clarity and safety.
Philosophy & Ethics: Study the roots of yoga and the role of a teacher in today’s world—from ancient texts to modern ethics.
