From Practice to Place: Exploring a Collaborative Wellness Model
About this Event
The Third Place's Health & Wellness Network will convene to explore a pilot series designed to connect BIPOC health and wellness practitioners with communities seeking accessible, culturally responsive care.
The proposed pilot, led by Nawungmé, will bring together practitioners offering complementary services to test a collaborative model that includes both fee-based and free community offerings. Beyond expanding access to care, the series will help evaluate the feasibility of establishing shared physical wellness hubs where practitioners can co-locate, share resources, build sustainable practices, and serve underrepresented communities.
This meeting is an opportunity for BIPOC healthcare professionals, wellness practitioners, and community health advocates to help shape the pilot, identify potential collaborators, and explore what it would take to bring this vision to life. All in the health and wellness sector are welcome to attend regardless of interest in the pilot.
* A link will be sent separately to online attendees *
A light meal will be provided for in-person attendees. If you are unable to participate but interested in attending future BIPOC Health and Wellness Network gatherings, please register as a "Non-Attendee".
