What drives the way you lead? Poverty, wealth, or flourishing?

This framework challenges business leaders to examine how their economic, social, and purpose perspectives shape their impact at work. In a state of poverty, leaders operate from lack, focused on survival, isolated in relationships, and disconnected from deeper purpose. In a state of wealth, there’s stability and connection, but also the subtle pull of fear and self-protection.

But flourishing is different.

Flourishing leaders move beyond gathering into scattering. They leverage resources to give, invest time in others, and lead from a place of purpose and conviction. Instead of being driven by fear or greed, they take bold, meaningful risks that create lasting impact.
