From Pain to Power

Under every wound lives a story, but what if you could move past old patterns and write a fresh, new chapter? This women's workshop focuses on acknowledging your pain, tapping into your desires, and accessing your power again...or maybe for the first time. Through intentional conversation, guided practices, writing prompts, and the chance to witness and be witnessed by a loving community, you can start creating the shift to begin again. Potential topics include but are not limited to: Grief/Anger/Allowance/Desire/Being a Creator/Beginner’s Mind
