Day 1: Unpacking the Mind (2 hours)

• Group discussion and reflection on your 8D Brain Map — exploring how it mirrors your life patterns.
• Experience the Signature 3-6-9-12™ Meditation designed by Anish Baheti to help you connect deeply within.
• Receive two reflective take-home exercises to continue your inner exploration overnight.

Day 2: Discovering Purpose (3 hours)

• Begin with Q&A around your Brain Map and report insights.
• Engage in peer reflection and receive guided input from Anish on your reflective exercises.
• A deeper immersion into the 3-6-9-12™ Meditation experience.
• Step into your IKIGAI — a simple yet powerful process to uncover your natural gifts and life purpose.
• Reflect individually and in small groups with Anish’s guidance and feedback.
• Leave with renewed clarity alignment and a deeper sense of purpose.
