From Market to Mason Jar - Canning Class 1: Marinated Mushrooms
On July 14, we'll be making flavorful marinated mushrooms while covering the fundamentals of food safety and safe water bath canning. Whether you're new to canning or simply looking for a refresher, you'll leave with greater confidence in the canning process, practical preservation skills, and two jars of marinated mushrooms to take home and enjoy.
