From Insights to Action on Social Value: The User-Centric Way

Are you interested in a new approach to designing services and products?

This session will be an interactive, workshop style session for anyone who works within the charity/third sector, or works in partnership with those organisations. We hope to encourage thinking about new ways of working that you can take back with you to the people you work with. We also aim to provide a fun morning of learning and energising discussion around new topics.

Through an interactive, activity based session we’ll introduce concepts we use at Hippo, such as Agile and User-Centred Design (UCD). Using these processes, we’ll discuss the journey of a product, service, or idea from conception to completion. 

From this session, we hope to introduce the wider concept of agile working in order to inspire you to consider new approaches to work, as well as facilitate conversation, both in the room and beyond, about how this approach could be beneficial to your projects and organisation.
