This live demonstration session is designed for senior HR, People and L&D leaders, as well as independent leadership and development professionals, who want to explore a different approach to team development.
Teams Glued uses facilitated VR-based challenges to create a shared experience where behaviour becomes visible in real time. Under pressure, patterns around communication, decision-making and conflict tend to emerge quickly — often in ways that conventional workshops or profiling tools don’t surface.
