About this Event
I am thrilled to invite you to “From “Imposter Syndrome” to Impact,” a 3-part workshop series to claim your strengths in your career.
About Me
I am Arianna Dela Rosa, a Career & Empowerment Coach who helps first-generation BIPOC professionals, leaders, and change-makers to gain clarity on a fulfilling career, pursue aligned opportunities, and grow in their leadership. In short, I am passionate about helping the very community I grew up with to thrive in their careers.
I’ve coached 150+ first-gen and BIPOC professionals to land jobs, build businesses, and grow in their leadership, all through a culturally informed and holistic lens that understands the nuances we experience in our careers.
Workshop Series Details
1. Release “imposter syndrome” - Tues, Sept 24 from 4pm-6pm.
Did you know “imposter syndrome” wasn’t created with people of color in mind? That’s why I want us to release this term and reclaim our inner worth as a tribute to ourselves, our family, and future generations. This session will empower you to reframe imposter syndrome and build a mindset to navigate your professional path with clarity and confidence.
2. Define your personal brand - Tues, Oct 1 from 4pm-6pm.
The root of being fulfilled and going for what you want in your career starts with being confident in who you are. Your career personal brand is what makes you unique and attracts aligned opportunities, whether jobs, business partners, or leadership opportunities. This session will empower you to craft your career personal brand, which you can share in your LinkedIn, cover letters, and resume!
3. Communicate your strengths and impact - Tues, Oct 8 from 4pm-6pm.
When we release imposter syndrome and own our personal brand, we can better communicate our strengths and desired impact. This is what sets you apart from others and lands you career opportunities! This session will empower you to be confident when you write or talk about youself, as we curate effective descriptions of your strenghts that you can share when you network or interview!
