From Idea to Execution
About this Event
Ideas are not the bottleneck. Execution is.
This hands-on workshop shows small business owners how to turn what is in their head into repeatable systems: intake, scheduling, follow-up, delivery and invoicing.
Ally Nicholas, Business Systems Strategist and Automation Consultant, walks through how to map your core process, where automation actually saves time (and where it does not), and which low-cost tools fit a solo operator or small team.
Bring one process you do by hand every week. You will leave with it mapped and a plan to automate the parts that should be.
