Dr Rachel Lee - North Star Psychology Ltd and Born to be Bold

Dr Rachel Lee is a consultant clinical psychologist and entrepreneur with two businesses. She has an established and well-regarded psychology practice, North Star Psychology Ltd, in West Yorkshire. In her private practice, Rachel offers evidence-based therapies for trauma and anxiety, particularly EMDR Therapy, and provides trauma-informed consultancy and training into organisations. Her other business, Born to be Bold, helps ambitious women founders and leaders who are facing a professional challenge develop the psychological insights and skills to work through their internal blocks and barriers, so that they can fulfil their potential within the new challenge and lead their team or business more courageously.

Rachel has held a number of senior leadership positions. She is currently the Associate Clinical Lead for Day One Trauma Support, a national charity. Rachel worked in the NHS for 20+ years in a variety of leadership roles, including being a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Service Lead. She has also been an associate non-executive director in the NHS and understands the board room environment.

Rachel brings her expertise in working with trauma, anxiety, the nervous system and internal conflict into her coaching sessions and masterclasses. She enjoys helping mission-led founders and leaders feel confident to be visible, play bigger and step into their brightest, boldest selves.
