It is a reminder that you do not have to carry everything alone, that Allah sees your struggles, hears your silent prayers, and is closer to you than you realise.

Together, we will reflect on how heartbreak shows up in our lives. Through relationships that changed or ended, through loss and ongoing trials, and through moments where we feel disconnected from ourselves or our īmān. More importantly, we will explore how true healing begins when the heart reconnects with Allah, grounded in the Qur’an and Sunnah.

Through spiritual reflection, practical guidance, and heartfelt reminders, this gathering aims to offer reassurance, strength, and renewed hope. Helping sisters move forward with greater peace, trust, and closeness to Allah.
