From Grain to Gestures
On July 19th, Pasta Paradijs will close its doors to the public for a private workshop dedicated to Sardinian pasta.
We will begin around the table with a selection of Sardinian antipasti, personally chosen from producers we know and work with.
From there, we move into the workshop, where nine guests will learn how to make Spizzulus and Chiusoni, two traditional pasta shapes from different parts of Sardinia.
The afternoon concludes with a shared lunch centred around the pasta prepared during the workshop.
Everything served during the day reflects the same philosophy that guides Pasta Paradijs every day: respect for ingredients, producers and the traditions behind them.
