From Doing to Being: Aerial Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra

Join me for a 60-minute aerial sound bath and Yoga Nidra session in London, designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and a gentle shift from constant doing into a more grounded state of being.

Following the natural energy of spring, a season of movement and growth, this session offers a continuation of that journey… a moment to pause, integrate, and reconnect.

Set in a calm and intimate space, you’ll be supported in an aerial silk cocoon, creating a unique floating sound bath experience that allows the body to fully let go.

• Gentle arrival to help you switch off from the outside world
• Guided Yoga Nidra (deep rest meditation, lying down)
• Immersive sound bath with Tibetan bowls, Chau and White gong
• Aerial rest in a silk sling for deeper relaxation

This session is ideal if you feel overwhelmed, mentally busy, or simply in need of deep rest.

No experience needed. Just come in comfortable clothes and allow yourself to be held.
