You don’t pass your CrossFit Level 2 by knowing more…
You pass it by coaching better. (actually as long as you don't quit, everyone passes)
This first workshop will focus on
-what will happen at the L2 in person
-what are the 6 areas of coaching
-using CF progressions
-have thick skin
(more sessions as needed will follow)

At the Level 2, you’ll be asked to:
-See movement faults (fast)
-Fix them (clearly)
-Coach real humans under pressure
That’s not something you figure out the weekend of the test.
🔧 What We’ll Do
This is a hands-on coaching lab, not a lecture.
You will:
Coach real athletes (each other) in a simulated class environment
Practice identifying and fixing common faults
Work on presence, voice, and confidence
Get real-time feedback from experienced coaches
Learn what evaluators are actually looking for (use their progressions don't make it up)

Location: CrossFit Garage (Woodstock, GA)
Date: 5/4 Monday
Time: 7:00pm (hard stop 9pm)
Cost: Free to all CFL1 coaches
