Join the Young Women’s Alliance Austin for an inspiring evening featuring two mentor–mentee pairs who were thoughtfully matched through YWA’s LENS (Leadership. Engagement. Network. Support.) Program. Did you know that along with college scholarships, YWA also provides each scholarship recipient with a mentor to guide them through their college experience? This candid panel conversation will explore the real, evolving relationships behind mentorship — the challenges, breakthroughs, lessons, and unexpected moments that shaped their educational and young adult journeys.

Through authentic storytelling and honest dialogue, our panelists will share:

• How they built trust and meaningful connection
• The pivotal conversations that sparked growth
• Lessons learned on both sides of the mentorship dynamic
• How mentorship continues to influence their leadership paths today
