Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is a Danish investment firm and one of the world’s leading fund managers dedicated to the green energy transition. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Copenhagen, CIP develops and finances large-scale greenfield infrastructure projects within offshore/onshore wind, solar PV, energy storage, and Power-to-X. Today, CIP manages 12 funds and has raised approximately EUR 32 billion from more than 180 institutional investors. Its global project portfolio totals ~160 GW, of which ~16 GW is already in operation or under construction. With over 2,300 professionals across 30+ markets, CIP combines deep sector expertise with global reach to drive the shift toward a low-carbon economy.
