Before becoming a coach, Susie spent nearly 15 years in executive sales, most recently as a workplace consultant for a Steelcase partner. The challenges of balancing a high-pressure career while mothering three children led her to step away from corporate life and dedicate herself to coaching ambitious women, changemakers, and leaders who want to reshape the status quo and create more inclusive workplaces.
